Now is 16 Jan 20:40p.m.!!!!!Again again and again confirmed pick up but not appear!! What is Qxpress doing?
See it yourself, until now the status is confirmed!! BUT NO PICKUP OR ANY PHONE CALL! Then blame QOO platform cancel the 15 Jan pickup, so what is now? today 16 Jan no pick up, what is the excuse?
Yesterday Sunday Family day, whole day I wait and no pickup, today 9a.m. I make an earlier call to Qxpress, the customer service told me she already inform delivery team to expedite today pickup in the morning. Until 2P.m. no pickup I make few call again, one customer service told me the pickup is confirmed and she will check with delivery team the reason for yesterday cancelled pickup, then phone cut off, I immediately make another call, the customer service told me the pickup is confirmed and she inform the delivery team and they will pick up today…..then 17:30 customer service told me it is confirmed and pick up time is till 7p.m…..
I told you today confirmed pickup will not pickup, you still told me it is confirmed , pickup timing would be from 10am-7pm I get confirmation today pick up for more than 4 times!! Since 9a.m. call center start to work until now!!! You make me in great difficulty, all my buyer expected to receive items today or tomorrow, yet your attitude like non of your business, not pushing to delivery team and put high priority after promised to pick up few times, yet you failed to do so!!
And Qxpress no any feedback or complaint channel! WELL DONE Qxpress!
