We booked a pick up for 56 parcels, however your driver came and only collected 21 parcels. Reason being is that his vehicle did not have enough space to put our stocks when there was clearly more than half of his vehicle still empty. He claim that he needed to pick up other parcels as well so we decided to book for another big lorry for our collection.

09/11/2018 (Friday)

We arranged a booking to pick up 35 parcels for (10/11/2018) Saturday 9-12pm.

10/11/2018 (Saturday)

We waited at our warehouse from 9-12pm and no one came to pick up our parcels.

Slightly after 12pm we received notification that our parcels have been picked up.

We were puzzled and quickly checked what was happening.

Turns out to be there your driver signed 71 parcels and marked them as picked without any of our consent.

12/11/18 (Monday)

We emailed to make a complain in regards of the whole saga, demanded for a response and still NO ONE RESPONDED!

13/11/18 (Tuesday)

Qexpress FINALLY called in the afternoon saying that they will arrange to pick up our orders. We were too kind in believing that they are trying to do some recoveries so we waited for them for the {{Redacted}} whole day till midnight falls and to our surprise it’s a NO SHOW again!! We called up a few times and got hang up before we could even talk!! NO MSG, NO CALLS, NO EXPLAINATION!!!

Thanks to this incident, we received many complaints by our customers and had to rearrange delivery using other express options.

We are deeply saddened by the kind of service that was rendered to us and this affected incident has our brand directly.
