Contacted seller to update contact number before item was sent, but seller inform to contact qxpress instead. Called qxpress to update contact number, 1st incident staff claims that unable to update as there is no tracking number.

On 2nd attempt, tracking number was provided by staff claims unable to update contact details again as item has not reach singapore. The staff's attitude is very rude and unhelpful, when asked if there is any other way. The staff's tone is very condescending and impatient, unwilling provide any help.

She just wanted to hang up the phone. The staff's name is Devi.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
